1795 (January) entire letter in Dutch to London showing, on the flap, unframed "PP" with London Foreign Branch Bishopmark alongside (we do not recall having seen this mark before, but it may be a predecessor of Willcocks & Jay L. 1025 series?), the letter affected by damp and very fragile.
