(also crossed by red crayon), showing circular "TO PAY/3D/DOUBLE DEFICIENT POSTAGE" with 1899 Postage Due Type II, large "D" 3d.; the stamps with some foxing around perfs and the envelope with some damage at left, nevertheless an attractive, scarce and most presentable cover.
