(Lacking text leaf Ooo2 and plate B of Appendix.) 18th-century speckled half calf, spine in seven compartments with dark-brown lettering-piece (Slight cracks to upper joint and upper section of lower joint, lightly rubbed.)

FIRST EDITION of this work on ship construction: second and third editions were published in Amsterdam in 1678 and 1690. The present copy has 109 plates in the first two parts of the work, 2 more than required by Landwehr. Landwehr Romeyn de Hooghe 16.
