With rebrowned twist octagonal barrels, the sighted upper barrel signed in gold and with two gold lines at the breech, gold-lined touch-holes, engraved case-hardened tang, signed and engraved case-hardened detented bevelled locks each with roller, semi-rainproof pan, and engraved safety-catch also locking the steel, chequered figured walnut butt with engraved iron aperture for a shoulder-stock, border engraved iron mounts comprising butt-cap and large trigger-guard each engraved with a martial trophy and foliage, split iron belt hook, original iron ramrod with chequered tip, and traces of original finish, Tower private proof marks
