EISEN (1790-1848): oban tate-e, 39.2 x.26.2cm., 39 x 26.2cm. and 37.3 x 25.6cm., two from the set Yoshiwara yoji, the courtesan Nanasato of Sugataebiya, and Kamonure of Ebiya; and another of a courtesan standing gathering the hem of her kimono, all signed Keisai Eisen ga, the first two published by Tsutaya and the third by Sanoya--generally good impressions, the first and second, good colour, the third, rather faded, the first two with a crease line, all slightly soiled (3)
