MARK OF DANIEL & CHARLES HOULE, 1842
the shaped circular salver with a robust cast and chased baccanalian mask, grape vine and leaf motifs on a granulated ground, raised on four openwork leaf and scroll motif feet, engraved with foliate scroll and animal motifs, heighened with cupids within medallions, centreing an engraved coat-of-arms, crest and motto - 63.2cm (24 7/8 in), 184oz.
