Formed as a silver-mounted baroque pearl swan, the beak and feet with enamel details, with gemset wings and eyes and a gold crown around the neck, on an oval aquamarine, perched among vari-colour gold bullrushes emanating from a curled acanthus leaf mount, on an oval stepped amethyst base, the matrix blank, apparently unmarked
