In the form of a ewer and stand, the shaped-circular stand with moulded border and with two cast scenes of standing horses with palm fronds, engraved twice with a crest, the vase-shaped ewer on spreading circular foot and with horse and acanthus foliage handle with lion's mask terminal, cast and chased with running horses within foliage, the shaped lip with acanthus and scroll rim, the foot engraved with presentation inscription, marked on ewer and stand, the stand stamped STORR AND MORTIMER, the ewer stamped and engraved '10th Oct. 1839 Published as the act directs STORR AND MORTIMER 156 New Bond Street, London.
