243 x 178mm, 181 leaves, COMPLETE, collation: 110 2-38 4-710 8-912 10-1110 128 13-1610 1712 1812-1 (18/11 blank, final blank lacking); 18-23 lines with pricking holes, written in black ink; the final section of 19 pages has 32 lines double column; rubrics in red, 17 HEADPIECES [harég] in full colours, 2 FULL-PAGE MINIATURES. Blind-tooled goatskin over wooden boards.

The colophon states that the manuscript was written by the scribe Gäbra Egziabeger and finished on the 9th day of the month of Mäskäräm 1911 (Ethiopian calendar) i.e. 19 September 1918. It was commissioned by Habtä Maryam.
