Only the English and Italian editions of 1759 contain the paragraph on contempt for German poets (here on p.242), which was suppressed in time for the first edition (Geneva). Thus, the London edition represents an earlier redaction of the text than Cramer's original edition (January 1759). A very fresh copy.
