Arnold, LONDON. Invt. et Fecit No. 474., 18000 train, Arnold escapement, Pennington format cut bimetallic balance, oversprung blued steel helical balance spring, Arnold recessed detent with jewelled locking stone, brass drum-shape bowl with bayonet fitting bezel and convex glass, Arnold rectangular section brass gimbal ring with pivoted locking arm assembly, plain three-tier mahogany box, the top lid with ebony quarter-round edging, external brass drop handles
