The style of the case would suggest that it was made in the 1950s. The movement is probably by Piguet and made in the 1920s. Several instances of small minute repeating movements such as this being used at a later date in wristwatches are known. The company Theodore B.Starr were jewellers in New York who were taken over by Reed & Barton in 1918
