Lt. Gen. A.H.L.F. Pitt-Rivers collection. Purchased from W.T.Ready, 12 June 1892. Illustrated Pitt-Rivers Museum catalogue, no. 830 where the vase is recorded to have been "...found with terracotta tablets and bronze, 15 to 20 feet beneath the surface".
