Kiki Picasso (no relation to the Picasso) is a French artist. He created this watch which, due to the printing technique and revolving disc under the dial, only displays the design in full at specific intervals. According to calculations by the artist 140 different versions of the design are possible. Consequently only 140 pieces were made. Each watch was numbered and signed by the artist.

Introduced in 1985 it was not offered for sale but presented with a signed lithograph to internationally famous artists and personalities from politics and business on the occasion of the opening of the exhibition and SWATCH Happening at IRCAM (Centre Pompidou) in Paris
