A slightly larger version, in a painted oval, is in the collection of the Duque de Villahermosa, Madrid; Diego Angulo Iñiguez dated it and its pendant, a Mater Dolorosa, c. 1670 (D. Angulo Iñiguez, Murillo, Madrid, 1981, II, p. 220, no. 251, and III, fig. 333).
