INDENTMajor Hugh Waldyve Martin (1878-1918), commissioned 1898 and was appointed to the Indian Army the following year; during the operations on the North West Frontier, 1908, he was present in the Mohmand country and took part in the engagement at Kargha, 24th. May, 1908; Major Martin died 2nd. June, 1918
