A spill vase group of a girl and setter
the girl modelled sleeping, the setter standing at her side, one paw raised, protecting her from the serpent entwined in the tree above, two sheep recumbent below, on a grassy mound above a shaped oval gilt-line base, mid 19th century (half the serpent's head chipped, some restoration to the spill) -- 29cm. high; a group of a girl and hound, the girl modelled sleeping, the hound recumbent at her side, an eagle perched above, on a rocky moulded mound above a shaped oval gilt-line base, mid 19th century (damages and restoration) -- 19cm. high
