The cover surmounted by a fluted urn finial, the sides flanked by inverted ribbon tied cornucopia between fluted pilaster angles, on a bead-and-reel edged base inset with malachite panels and on toupie feet, the white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, inscribed RAINGO FRES A PARIS, the case and backplate numbered 167
