Each depicting a personification, one entitled FAITH, detailed below LONDON, PUBLISHED FEB. 1797 BY HAINES & SON, 19 ROLLS BUILDINGS, FETTER LANE, mounted in an associated later gilded frame -- 15¾ x 12in. (40 x 30.5cm.);
another entitled HOPE, surrounded by verse, the drapped figure supporting an anchor at her side, mounted in painted frame -- 16 x 12in. (41 x 30.5cm.);
and another entitled CHARITY, dated beneath 1802 printers name indistinct, with further details 104 GREAT SAFFRON HILL, LONDON, in a gilded and painted frame -- 16 x 12 1/8in. (40.6 x 31cm.) (3)
