A PLUMWOOD SUITE OF SEAT FURNITURE comprising two open armchairs and a sofa each with padded rectangular back, arms and cane-filled seat with squab cushion covered in buttoned blue silk, the beaded toprail with triple stiff-leaf finial, the fluted seatrail carved with paterae on turned tapering fluted legs and turned feet with beaded collars, each stamped twice J. MILLS, with later blocks, the casters stamped COPE PATENT, the sofa with back and frontrail resupported and front central leg loose, the chairs with later rails to the caned seats, the sofa lacking collars, third quarter 19th Century (3)
