Side A: a winged female siren in profile to the right but with her head turned back, two rosettes in the field
Side B: a cockerel in profile to the right, standing erect with elaborate tail feathers, a lotus bud above and rosette in the field
Both scenes with three rows of black and purple dots above, the foot with a double band of black rays and two purple lines around the neck, details incised and in added purple and white, repaired
