WITH UNDERGLAZE MARK OF THE IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FACTORY, (PERIOD OF NICHOLAS II) AND LATER BLUE OVERGLAZE STATE PORCELAIN FACTORY MARK, DATED 1921

The centre painted with a large stylised hammer, a sickle and pliers, the background composed of factories, the border with the Cyrillic slogan 'Long Live Soviet Power' after a design by Elizabeth Rozendorf minor scratches, marked on the base
