etching with drypoint, circa 1640, third (final) state, a very good impression of this very rare lightly bitten print, with burr at the upper right corner, showing the usual touches of wear, with small margins, two tiny unobtrusive stains on the puppy's leg, a tiny rust spot under the left eye, pen and ink numbering at the upper reverse sheet edge, generally in very good condition
