For Lavinia de Irujo (1794 - after 1855) see lot ... Fuseli had a studio in Somerset House, then the home of the Royal Academy (he first became an Associate of the Royal Academy in 1788 and a full member in 1790; from 1799 to 1805, and again from 1810 he was Professor of Painting, and he was also Keeper from 1804) and a number of his drawings of young girls are similarly inscribed with the initials 'S.H.', including lot ...
