ANOTHER, with swamped octagonal sighted barrel rifled with eight grooves, plain lock with moulded wheel-retaining bar, full stock (fore-end replaced) carved with overlapping scales within horn-inlaid lines with mother-of-pearl insets, and inlaid on the cheek-piece and opposite the lock with horn scrollwork, horn-inlaid patch-box cover (base-plate missing), horn butt-plate, indented iron trigger-guard, and set trigger (ramrod missing), unsigned, circa 1650
