Flight Sergeant John Dennis Jarvis, Navigator, No. 178 Squadron (Liberators) failed to return from a mining operation on the Danube, 27/28 August 1944; his name appears on the Malta Memorial

Pilot Officer Peter John Graves was the Pilot Instructer of a Master 1026 of No. 29 E.F.T.S., 30 September 1942 when the engine stalled from a low height and the aircraft crashed -- Instructor and pupil were killed

Flying Officer Michael George St. John Seely was killed 10 February 1945 while ferrying a Martinet aircraft in Scotland

Corporal Alan May who served with No. 2026 Squadron, Royal Air Force Regiment, died 21 June 1945 and is buried in Hamburg Cemetery
