INDENTPrivate R. Goughran, South African Constabulary, late Royal Dublin Fusiliers, is shown on the Regimental roll as entitled to the Q.S.A. with six clasps, and on the S.A.C. rolls as entitled to the Q.S.A. with two clasps (C.C. and O.F.S.) and the K.S.A. with two clasps. A copy letter from the Staff Officer, S.A.C. dated 6.9.1905 shows that a duplicate Q.S.A. was issued to Private Goughran and not returned
