a book of prayers, divided into those for each day of the week, Arabic and Persian manuscript on thin ivory paper, 66ff., the first 63ff. with 14ll. arabic in fine black thuluth, important words in red, with red, green and gold margins between black rules, the margins with floral sprays around cartouches containing Persian nasta'liq translation, outer floral border, (slightly smudged corners), the start of each day marked with a full illuminated double page in gold and colours, (opening bifolio repaired), ff.10v. and 11r. with full page illustration of Mecca and Medina, final three folios with later additions, modern plain brown morocco binding
