Commemorating the birth in Cannes of Nadezhda Mikhailovna, Countess Torby, the daughter of Grand Duke Mikhail Mikhailovich and his morganatic wife Sophie Countess Merenberg. Nadezhda married Lord George Mountbatten, 2nd Marquis of Milford Haven on 15 November 1913, and died on 22 January 1963
