Tasting note: a positive lemon yellow colour; a nose and taste unlike any other classic wine. Bouquet nearest in style perhaps to a mature white Graves, reminiscent of pure calves foot jelly; dry, medium body, very distinctive flavour, touch of vanilla, excellent acidity
