A SPODE IMARI-PATTERN GARNITURE OF THREE VASES AND STANDS(Vases Hollandois) of flared form, painted in iron-red, blue and green and enriched in gilding with an exotic bird among peony and with flowerheads and richly gilt foliage on dark-blue grounds, the borders and shaped oval pierced bases with alternate panels of flowerheads and scale-pattern, the rims gilt (the central vase restored and base repaired, one side vase with rim chip and chip to foot of base), pattern no. 1227, circa 1810
