Oblong 4° (227 x 280mm.), printed title and 48 hand-coloured aquatint plates, mounted on original brown paper and framed with an ink rule, titles numbered and printed on slips pasted at foot of the mount, no imprints or signatures (2 plates numbered 13 Stoke, near Bath; a few small tears in brown paper mounts, some repaired). Modern crimson straight-grained morocco gilt.

Fine aquatints by T. Fielding after paintings by the brother of Thomas Barker (known as "Barker of Bath"). Complete sets are seldom found. Abbey Scenery 45; Tooley 76.
