Engraved maps, hand-coloured aquatint plates and 5 additional engraved titles (occasional very light spotting to text). Uniformly bound in later red straight-grained morocco gilt, gilt turn-ins, g.e., by Charles E.Lauriat & Co. of Boston.
Together with: 'Clopton House near Stratford on Avon' and 'Bidford Grange', TWO ORIGINAL WATERCOLOURS BY SAMUEL IRELAND, (image area:113 x 165mm.), the first initialled and dated 1793. The watercolours are both reproduced in Picturesque Views on the Upper, or Warwickshire Avon. (see below).
