A PAIR OF VIENNA-STYLE DARK-BLUE-GROUND TWO-HANDLED POT-POURRI VASES, COVERS AND STANDS of similar form to the preceding lot, painted by C. Heen with continuous friezes of classical figures reserved on a gold band enriched with raised C-scrolls, one vase with figures at a sacrificial ceremony, the reverse with figures around a column, the other with a maiden and a kneeling suitor flanked by attendants, the reverse with Orpheus being carried across the Styx, below pierced flared necks and two gilt scroll handles, on integral oval stands, the ground enriched in gilding and 'jewels' (one cover repaired, slight wear to gilding, one restored at junction of body and stem), artist's signatures, blue beehive marks, circa 1860
