AN UNUSUAL MOYEGI-ITO-ODOSHI TOSEI-GUSOKU with a fine associated kabuto comprising a sixtytwo-plate russet-iron sujibachi with iron mabizashi and a four-stage kizuka tehen-kanamono (slight rust on hachi), with four-lame itamono sugake-laced kon-ito-odoshi shikoro, the black lacquered fukigaeshi with lacquer simulated fukurin and large gilt-metal mitsutomoemon, unsigned, probably 18th century; the do gold lacquered and partly covered in suede buckskin and applied with a dragon and clouds in russet-iron uchidashi and gilt-metal detail, the watagami with kebiki-laced kohiri; with associated gold-lacquered yoshitsune-gote, rare black and gold-lacquered kawara-sode and a fine quality kawara-haidate.
