together with the Notice of Transfer of the 20 shares to Amelia Hancocks of Wolverley, near Kidderminster, Spinster, signed and dated 27th March 1841, and approved by the Board 22 March 1841, signed Jas. Foster, Chairman, and the Indenture related to the same transaction dated 8th April 1841, complete with #1.15/- tax stamp and signatures of Lomes, Foster, and Amelia Hancocks, the share certificates folded twice otherwise extremely fine condition, the Notice and Indenture both folded three times, very fine (6)

A rare instance of mid 19th century financial transaction involving a "Spinster". Amelia Hancocks was possibly related to the Jn. Hancocks who signed shares for the Bank in April 1834
