A DAISHO, the long blade honzukuri, iorimune, chugissaki and shallow torii-zori, itame hada and suguba-midare hamon (slight rusting), suriage nakago signed Kanemitsu (of Mino), 16th century, 68 cm. long; the wakizashi blade of similar form but stronger curvature (considerable rusting), ubu nakago signed Bushu Osafune Tadamitsu saku, 16th century, 45 cm. long; the saya inlaid with fishbone and other material (damaged), shakudo- nanakoji tsuba with gilt kirimon (some missing), the fuchi inscribed Yanagawa Naomasa (one kashira and two menuki mising)
