etching with drypoint, circa 1650, third (final) state, a very fine impression of this rare print with excellent contrasts, showing considerable burr to the drypoint lines, trimmed on or just inside the platemark retaining a fillet of blank paper outside the borderline, a pen and ink number '356' at the upper right, some pale staining, laid at the reverse edges
