TWO SÈVRES TWO-HANDLED SEAU À BOUTEILLES, one painted with bouquets of flowers and fruit within gilt-edged blue feuilles-de-choux cartouches with pendant swags of flowers, the moulded shell and scroll handles enriched in blue and gilding, between blue and gilt line rims (slight chip to one handle), blue interlaced L marks enclosing date letter R for 1770 and painter's mark perhaps for la Roche and for Tandart, 17cm. high; and another similarly painted with loose bouquets (rim broken in two places and repaired), blue interlaced L marks enclosing W, painter's marks, below a circumflex and BD for Baudouin, incised Nord and script Da, circa 1775
