(Some staining.) 18th-century French gold-tooled red morocco over pasteboard, fine wide dentelle of small tools on sides, spine tooled in compartments, gilt edges, marbles endpapers, (some restoration). Provenance: Jacopo Corbinelli (faded inscription), fl. mid-16th century, editor of Boccaccio and Dante; Edgard Stern (bookplate). FIRST EDITION.
