A PAIR OF SILVER-MOUNTED SMALL BRESCIAN FLINTLOCK PISTOLS with two-stage barrels turned at the intersection and stamped on the breech with a gold-lined mark, a horse within a square, framed by nine gold-lined fleur-de-lys marks, engraved tangs, signed bevelled locks with chiselled details, carved figured walnut full stocks (minor repairs), silver mounts cast and chased with scrollwork in relief and including shaped spurred pommels, escutcheons and side-plates, silver triggers and trigger-plates, and one original silver-tipped ramrod (the other missing): in English lined and fitted oak case with accessories and illustrated trade label of Prosser late Cullum, No.9 Charing Cross, London, by B.
