Attributed to Daum, circa 1900
Elaborate mounts cast and finely chased with irises and buds, inner gilt-mounted glass liner for ice, the glass overlaid in purple and etched and gilded with irises and butterflies
12 5/8in. (32cm.) high
The glass apparently unmarked, the mounts with maker's mark JM, two stars above, within a lozenge, French poinçon

Please note that this vase IS signed. It bears a distinct, but faint stencilled mark Daum with the cross of Lorraine.
