Of tapering five-sided form, the glazed sides with a concave-moulded and lappeted frieze below further rectangular glazing with a winged cherub's head at each corner and supported by a pierced gadrooned and foliate turned top, the sides with pierced wheat-sprays at the bottom, on an acanthus-clasped and tapering base with a pinched and acanthus-clasped boss, fitted for electricity
