Woven in wools and silks, depicting a shepherdess with a lamb and a dog seated in the centre, within an open wooded landcape and a vista of a bridge and building beyond, within borders of acanthus and florally-wrapped columns and a later brown and blue outer slip to the top and bottom, areas of reweaving and patching
