(Type 2) in blue, showing two further strikes on face along with red crayon "3", oval-framed "R" in red, Accra (5 Oct.), Liverpool and London transit d.s.; the U5 with small tear at top of face panel and with some slight soiling, nevertheless a scarce and most attractive franking.
