U5 1895 (12 Nov.) "4d" and initials in red ink on 2d. registered U5 (size G) to Mandala, bearing 1891 2d. (small stain at top) tied by light "DEEP BAY/B.C.A." double-ring c.d.s. with another strike alongside and showing, on reverse, Fort Johnston (23 Nov.) and Blantyre (1 Dec.) transit c.d.s.
