ANOTHER, with swamped octagonal sighted barrel rifled with eight grooves and engraved with the initials CK at the breech, plain lock with integral wheel-cover pierced with three stylised hearts (guide-bar missing from top jaw), full stock (fore-stock replaced) inlaid on the butt with staghorn lines enclosing staghorn panels engraved with flowers, foliage, monster-heads and animals, and enriched with scrolls and ball-flowers, below the lock an armorial shield, later iron trigger-guard, set trigger, horn butt-plate, and later horn-tipped ramrod (butt wormed), third quarter of the 17th Century
