Circa 1815, blue enamel line over underglaze sceptre marks, Pressnummer 16 and incised III to footrims, one with gilder's St: to footrim
The centres brightly painted with named specimen flowers, Ferraria undulata. Cap de bonne espérance. and Narcissus Bulbocodium on a pale-mushroom and a pale blue-grey-ground within a gilt ciselé band with anthemion and foliate scrolls, the pale blue-grey and pale-pink borders gilt with lilies and poppies, within gilt line rims (both with some minute rubbing to ground near well)
