A GROUP OF THREE FINE VARI-COLOURED GOLD FOB-SEALS, one with a winged insect handle chased in red, green and yellow gold above a band of quatrefoils, the oval citrine seal inscribed 'Dolce sia la tua vita' , one superbly decorated in red and green gold with a swan attacked by a serpent below entwined serpent handle, with chased green gold foliage band around the base, the oblong cornelian seal engraved with a sailing ship and two lovebirds tying a knot inscribed 'Le plus loin le plus serre', and one with handle formed from red and green gold entwined serpents, with band of flowerheads around the base and oval bloodstone seal engraved with a palm branch and a cornucopia symbolic of peace and plenty, on engraved gold serpent split ring, circa 1830 (3)
