INDENTSigned by Wièse

INDENTThe bracelet is by Louis Wièse (1852-1923) whose mark on the clasp 'Wièse' between two stars in lozenge punch was registered on 1 September, 1890. See Tait op.cit. p.227. The undulating foliage scroll design is close to the style of his father, Jules Wièse, who worked closely with Froment-Meurice. Cf. Vever op.cit. p.213
